Your access to and use of Melody Makers is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice and our privacy policy. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

All information provided for the purpose of ticket purchases are covered under our Ticket Terms Agreement & Privacy Policy

Melody Makers Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

6.1  All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to Melody Makers or otherwise used by Melody Makers as permitted by law. If you feel any of the content included on our site is a breach of copyright please contact us immediately for review & removal of any content found to be so.
6.2  In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.
6.3  Music Copyright Disclaimer
Melody Makers use all of our slideshow music solely for the purpose of our website visitor's personal listening whilst watching our photo slideshows. It must under no circumstances be downloaded or used for any other purpose without prior written permission of the copyright owner/license holder as in 6.2 above. All music is used (and credits included below each slideshow) as allowed under the Copyright Designs and Patent Act 1988 (UK) under the section of "Fair Dealing" - "Playing sound recording for a non profit making organisation, club or society".
As Melody Makers believe all music used falls under this copyright exception, you will not hold us liable for any breach of copyright which may occur unknowingly.
If you believe any music we use does not fall under this category please contact us immediately using the details on our contact page & any content found to be so will immediately be removed from use.
