Melody Makers are located in the centre of the village of Benllech on Anglesey in North Wales just up from the main 'Square' crossroads (Tesco Express on corner and Benllech Hotel Opposite it). The entrance to the hall is just up the hill from the Tesco store & along the drive next to the 'Finneys' (formerly Golden Fry) chip shop (more or less behind Tesco building - with a blue roof). You can see our location on the map below.

TO FIND US ONCE YOU ARRIVE IN BENLLECH:
Coming from Bangor
Continue to the centre of the village passing the Breeze Hill Hotel on the left and CO-OP on the right. At the crossroads (with Tesco Express on the corner) turn left up the hill and the Community & Ex Servicemen's hall is set back behind the Finneys (formerly Golden Fry) chip shop on your right. The entrance is right next to the chip shop.
Coming from Amlwch
Once you enter the 30mph zone, continue to the centre of the village. At the crossroads (with Tesco Express on the corner) turn right up the hill and the Community & Ex Servicemen's hall is set back behind the Finneys (formerly Golden Fry) chip shop on your right. The entrance is right next to the chip shop.
Coming from Llangefni/Brynteg
Continue down the hill into the centre of the village passing the fire station on the right. A short distance further, just past the school the Community & Ex Servicemen's hall is on the left set back behind the Finneys (formerly Golden Fry) chip shop. If you reach the crossroads with Tesco Express on the corner then you have just passed it.
Where can I park?
There are limited parking spaces available on the road opposite the hall entrance. There is a 6 space car park just up from the entrance behind the hall (just into the estate of Craig Y Don). Most of our audience members find it easiest to park in the larger car park on the main crossroads just down from the hall opposite the Tesco store and make the short walk up to the entrance (*** Please note the council have now made this car park a pay and display car park so please check the signage ***)
Is there easy access for the disabled?
Yes. The hall has a disabled access ramp leading to the main entrance door and are able to open the side door to allow access if required. We also have 2 disabled parking spaces (mainly used as a drop off point) just to the side of the hall building. Should you require any assistance entering the hall, we'll be only too happy to help. Please contact our House Manager via the main entrance who will arrange assistance as required.
